This new release of the video footage from the Brussels '95 aftershow derives from the taper's master recording.
It was digitally transferred from the original Hi-8 tape straight to DVD-R via a stand-alone recorder.
Thus the lineage is : Hi-8 tape > Hi-8 camescope > DVD stand-alone recorder > DVD-R
The latter was then edited for "Manneken Peace" thanks to our usual video wizard
